In a disturbing report by the Inquirer in Manila,, the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs this week warned overseas Filipino workers (OFW’s) against unscrupulous individuals who ask or “contract” them to carry items or baggage from Iran to another city in Asia in exchange for money or leisure trips.

As of February, 2010, the UK Border Agency has published a set of revised guidance and application forms for anyone entering the UK under Tier 2 or Tier 4 (the tier that applies to students) of the points-based system.

Under the Tier 4 regulations of the points-based system, all international students who wish to study in the UK must have a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies letter from a university, college, or training instate that is approved by the UK Border Agency.
